WMCHealth Names Anthony Frank as EVP and Chief Financial Officer

Frank joins WMCHealth to oversee all network financial operations

Valhalla, N.Y. (July 11, 2023) –– Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth) today announced that Anthony Frank has joined the network as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

“Anthony is an experienced professional who will add tremendous value and vision with decades of tenure in the financial industry,” said Michael D. Israel, President and CEO, WMCHealth. “We are pleased to have Anthony on board and look forward to his leadership of WMCHealth’s financial operations.”

With more than a decade of healthcare industry experience, Frank joins WMCHealth from Banner Health, where he most recently served as the system’s Senior Vice President of Finance. At Banner, he focused on implementing growth strategies, acquisitions, and integrations while leading a team of more than 300 financial professionals. Prior to that he served as Vice President of Operational Finance and Care Delivery with the system, which has 32 hospitals located in six states.

Frank joined Banner Health after serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer with Memorial Hermann Health System in Houston, Texas. Prior to that he was a Partner with KPMG in New York, and also held positions with Ascension Health and Ernst & Young.
